Scott Cooper, Fracture Studies, LLC, had an early career in tourism, aquaculture and ranching. In 1999, Mr. Cooper joined Sandia National Laboratories (SNL) Geophysical Technology Department where he worked on a variety of projects related to natural fracture studies, CO2 sequestration, geothermal energy, and related energy/environmental issues. In 2008, Scott left SNL as a Senior Member of the Technical Staff to start his own consulting company, Cooper Geological Consulting LLC. He currently works with business partner Dr. John Lorenz, on the characterization of naturally fractured reservoir systems.
