Dr. Andrew Campbell is a Professor of Geology in the Department of Earth and Environmental Science at New Mexico Tech where he helps lead the SWP’s CCS Training Center.  The goal of the center is to generate interest in and understanding of CCS technologies and with a focus on the scientific and social implications of geological CCS deployment in the Southwest.   In addition to his role in the SWP, Dr. Campbell’s primary research interest is the application of light stable isotope (H, C, O, S) geochemistry to geological and hydrological problems.  He established and runs the NMT stable isotope laboratory.
