Ms. Amann is the Federal Projects Director with the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission (IOGCC) and has been active with the IOGCC Carbon Capture and Geologic Storage Task Force (CCGS) and the IOGCC/SSEB Pipeline Transportation Task Force (PTTF).  Since its inception in 2002, the CCGS has been addressing legal and regulatory issues associated with CCS.  The PTTF, established in 2009, addresses the legal and regulatory environment associated with the transport of CCS.
